Haroon Mehmood and Abdul Baqi are the founders and directors of Nexxis Real Estate. They began their careers in Dubai's real estate industry in 2019, gaining valuable experience with established brokerage firms before launching Nexxis Real Estate in 2024.
Driven by a shared vision of creating a client-focused brokerage, they built Nexxis on the principles of trust, transparency, professionalism, and exceptional service. Their combined market knowledge and hands-on experience enable them to provide clients with expert guidance across buying, selling, leasing, and investment opportunities.
As Directors, Haroon and Abdul Baqi are committed to leading by example, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous growth. Their goal is to build lasting relationships with clients while establishing Nexxis Real Estate as one of Dubai's most trusted and respected real estate brokerages.

Built for the long game
Nexxis was founded in 2024 by industry veterans who had seen too many clients let down by agencies chasing commission over care. We built something different.
Our team brings together deep expertise in Dubai's residential, off-plan and investment markets, fluent across the legal, financial and lifestyle dimensions that make every move here unique. We serve buyers, investors and tenants from 32 nationalities, guiding every client from that first property search through to the moment they receive their keys.
Our office is at 406 Elite Business Center, Al Barsha 1, a short drive from anywhere in Dubai. We are RERA-licensed, Google-rated 4.9 / 5, and proud to count more than 1,200 happy clients across 32 nationalities.
